No, the core library can’t be downloaded without the Product Manager. Is there a dialog when it crashes that a dump file has been created? If so, could you attach that .dmp file, please?

I have attached the dmp file. Is there a 64-bit installer? Could I be installing the wrong version?

It’s the correct version. But the crash happened in the Windows library “windows_storage”. It may be corrupt. Info about it from the dump file:

    Image path: C:\Windows\System32\windows.storage.dll
    Image name: windows.storage.dll
    Timestamp: ***** Invalid (F1527862)
    CheckSum: 006AF612
    ImageSize: 0069F000
    File version: 6.2.22000.1165
    Product version: 10.0.22000.1165
    File flags: 0 (Mask 3F)
    File OS: 40004 NT Win32
    File type: 2.0 Dll
    File date: 00000000.00000000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

The invalid timestamp also indicates that there is something wrong with it.

    Maybe this can help: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/missing-or-corrupted-dll-file/ec61fe6e-0c17-45d9-ac0d-80828c74c5f6

Same issue here, worked fine for years but now wont open. Immediately crashes, Extremely frustrating.  Tried to open it in notepad and its scrambled, cant get it back to its original file type either (whatever that was). Need to install new product, dont see any other way. I really like the Product Manager too, it was really convenient. I attached the notepad file, hope its readable by somebody
