    Okay, it should be fixed now. I also suspect you have had issues authorizing through Product Manager. That should work now as well. It was caused by an invisible character in your computer description. Please check Product Manager preferences on the studio computer. The computer description there probably has an invisible character just before “Studio” that you can notice if you try to step through with cursor keys.

    it work now but some reason I can’t install EZdrummer 2. I downloaded it and install it and it still say, The installation is incomplete -see the installation tab.

    I am suddenly getting this same error and cannot populate my product list in Toontrack Product Manager. Please advise.

    I am seeing the same error message today. Tried rename my computer in product manager’s preferences and it doesn’t help.
