Producer Presets Question

For the S2.0 Presets, for example the ones by Steven Slate, it states that they are only for ‘Core Sound Library’ – what does that mean? Which kits can these presets be used on? On other options it states which kit they are for which makes more sense.

The core sound library is the NY Avatar library that ships with S2.
