    Which updates do I need? A few days ago I checked this site and found that there were updates that I didn’t have yet. Today I checked again, with the computer my Toontrack programs are on, but the site no longer shows me which updates I’ve already downloaded as it used to do. How do I tell which updates I need?

    I can not see any of the expansion product pages?
    Seems the website is pretty messed up?

    If you need a real developer, please give me a ring….

    This button can be found on Toontrack.com by clicking Support > FAQ > Choose any faq and you will see the contact support button on the bottom of the FAQ.

    In the past there was a site called “Downloads” where I could see a list of all my registered products and I could get the most recent updates. Where can I do that on the new site?

    I’m having the same issues as others attempting to register their product. I am getting a 404 on the toontracks.com/verify page. I sent a message to support but I don’t get any automatic acknowledgement from my inquiry. What has support been doing to resolve this? Also, your support documentation says that the serial should be 6 groups of 4 numbers. Mine is 5 groups of 4 numbers. http://www.toontrack.com/faq/i-can-not-register-superior-what-should-i-do/

    hi i have the same problem as above . cannot verify my email keeps sending me to site that does not work or is not there.. help please
