Hi there,
I’ve just bought Superior Drummer and the Progressive Foundry. I had tried to queue up the Progressive Foundry download while downloading the Avatar library, for it to inform me that I didn’t have enough space on my MacBook. I went into the preferences and changed the download location to my external hard drive, which has more space, and moved the Avatar library over to the drive. However, the Progressive Foundry download does not want to come off of its pause setting now that the Avatar library has finished downloading, still giving the same message about space on the MacBook. I have tried to move the downloads on to the hard drive again, as it is a paused download of 0 bytes, but it states that it cannot be moved as ‘it could not be found.
Do I need to delete all incomplete downloads, or will that delete my copy of Progressive Foundry?
Thank you for putting up with me being overly cautious!
Connor
Hi,
Please click Show Downloads on the left side and delete the Progressive Foundry download (click the X next to it in the expanded list), then start that download again.
