Hello, I bought the Latin EZkeys Midi as a download license to another company called JRRshop. They sent me the licence number and told me to visit the Toontrack’s website to register and download your new software. But I never could download the product, a message tells me this: an EZkeys sound product is required to buy the EZkeys MIDI Packs.
The thing is: JRRshop didnt tell me I should own Ezkeys before to buy the Latin EZkeys Midi. And I am not interested to buy Ezkeys, because I use others.
Plus they told me they will get in touch with the Purchasing Department to help register and download the product. Hopefully we can resolve this today.

Everything looks okay. The code we sent should allow you to access Latin EZ Keys.
But nothing works, I paid for it, and I still can’t download anything.
And no news anymore, what’s happening? What can I do now?
