    Did you purchase from the Toontrack webshop? Did you purchase from another online retailer? Have you contacted the retailer?

    Yes I got from a shop in Germany online since I live in the Uk, It was sealed and posted to me, there was no CD inside only serial number. I could not intall it immediately because my pc was not Athlon or pentium. Now I got a new PC but I can’t register.

    I keep it for months because I was saving up money to get a new compartble pc. I still have the card that came with the EZmix line untouched.

    Have you contacted the seller? That would be the first thing to do. The seller is responsible for issuing serial numbers and re-issuing numbers if there is a problem.

    No, because of language barrier. so I decided to contact toontrack customer service instead. Can I give you the serial key to check?
