Problem Updating to 2.1.4

I recently purchased EZDrummer 2 from Sweetwater, with the Metal Machine EZX expansion. Version 2.0.2 is loaded on my computer. When I check for an update, I am notified that version 2.1.4 is available, and am directed the the ToonTrack download page here:

https://www.toontrack.com/my-products/

The only thing I can do on that link is install the Product Manager, which I already have have, and I’m having no luck updating to 2.1.4 from the Product Manager.

I’m sure the solution to my problem is bonehead simple, but I’m just not seeing it. Any help available, as in, like, step-by-step instructions? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

does the Product Manager tell you it’s updated?
If you click on the EZdrummer 2 product, Show Details and then Installation info, what does it say?
You should have an entry at the bottom of the Downloads tab with Updates. Can you click that and Download?

Here’s what I see on the Product Manager…no readily apparent way to tell if it’s updated.

I’ve snooped around right clicking everything in sight to no avail. I know EZDrummer is running version 2.0.2 though, as that’s what’s in the bottom right corner of the EZDrummer 2 window when I use the software. This is what pops up in the “About EZDrummer 2” window:

I’m not seeing any of the options you suggested. I’m on a Mac, if that makes any difference.

Hi,

that screen shot shows the Product Manager installer disk image. I need you to launch the Product Manager application, found in Applications/Toontrack.
I attach a screen shot of my Installation Info tab for EZdrummer 2. There is an Updates tab right next to it, where you should be able to click ‘Download’ on the latest update and then ‘Install’.
