Pop/Rock kit can not be use

I bought the EZ Drummer 2 on toontrack website, everything works fine except that the Pop/Rock kits can not be use. It told me to authorize but it can’t be done with my serial number. How can I fix it?

I think you need to download the EZX expansion kit from the Toontrack website. As long as you had the original EZDrummer it should be in your account.
