Despite repeat attempts, no response to any support emails. I purchased the boxed copy of ezdrummer2 from the largest retailer in my country.
When I punched in the product code a message came up saying my copy was licensed to another user and I could not register.
So for the past week I’ve been trying to get a response with no luck. Piss poor effort from a company that appears to make a good product.
I expect I’ll now have to pursue getting my money back ($299 aus). I’m glad I purchased thru a known retailer as turdtracks doesn’t respond.
I should mention that once they have your email address they have no trouble sending bucket loads of spam so they can’t claim there’s an email issue.
