I can see it is on Mac. This usually happens when an automatic update has failed earlier and the installer now finds an existing application to overwrite in ~/Library/Application Support/Toontrack/Product Manager/Update
. Please open the “Go” menu in Finder, select “Go to Folder…” and paste that path into the dialog. If that folder exists and you find the Product Manager application there, you can move it to the Toontrack folder in Applications.
If you don’t find it there, I’d like to see the installation log – run the installer again and when it is done, select “Installer Log” from the “Window” menu, change “Show Errors Only” to “Show All Logs” and click the Save button.

What is the “window” menu? In finder there is no place to search for “installer log”. How do I get to the Installer Log?
It looks normal. You should be able to find Toontrack Product Manager in a Toontrack folder in Applications.
