Ok,
I need some help here,
I Use SD2 with the “mono” option.
I set up the mutli channel option in Sd2 and setup tracks bringing them all into cubase 4
All works fine except the overheads.
I thought iwas doing this correctly by setting up 2 channels in cubase for the O/H’s and panning them left right.
Ive only just noticed this, these 2 tracks just seems to be double of the same.
I want the o/h’s in stereo obviously. Please tell me what ive missed here.
Is it something in SD2? Can i not have the drums in mono and the overheads in stereo?
should i be just leaving everything in stereo in SD2?
This is really getting up my ***.
please someone help me here.
First you you designat in S2 the outputs for overheads in the S2 mixer (say 9/10). Then, you activate the outputs (9/10) in the S2 slot in Cubase’ VST instruments (found in the Devices menu). It’s on page 208 of the Cubase 6 manual.
