Please help me get my products authorized

I have not used this software in years. I have switched from Pro Tools to Reaper. I do not have the physical copy of the CD’s I think I ordered off internet. I can still get in to my account on Toontracks but can’t get EZ Drummer,DFH, and some MIDI pack I must have bought to authorize. Do I have to buy all over again??? Please help me.

EDIT: BTW this is a different PC as my old recording PC has been out of commission for years now.

Hi,

I can not find you in the database so please contact Support via the http://www.toontrack.com/support/, providing your serial number and Toontrack account details, so you can be sorted out for proper access to the registered users section of the Support Forum.
You do not need to buy new licenses. Please check out the Authorization process videos at the Support Portal:

This has to be done on your new PC as well, a previously issued Auth code does not work.
