Please Grant Me Access to the SD3 Support Forum

Hello. Not sure which forum to address this in (and I don’t doubt that I’m being seriously annoying)…
I put in a support ticket at the beginning of the week to gain access to the SD3 Support forum and still don’t have access. Could somebody at Toontrack please grant me access? I am a legitimate purchaser of SD3.

It shows you have access from our side. Can you try logging out then logging back in?

I’ve tried logging in and out numerous times, but no joy – I still cant see them in the forum list, and get an “Access denied, you do not have permission to access this forum” message if I try and follow a link to the SD3 forums.

I’ve got a message into support regarding this. From here it shows you having access.

Thanks Scott,
It’s not so much that I have a specific question to ask right now in the SD3 support forum, more that I can’t see any news or announcements and that I often find that browsing the forum is a good aid to getting familiar with new software. I learnt a lot about SD2 that way!

And I’m sure I’ll have a question before long – loving SD3 but there’s a lot to get to grips with.
