    Hi,

    are you referring to the EZmix2 demo?
    Please try downloading it again on Monday and uninstall the old one before you install the new version.

    I’m using a paid version..I have tried 2 paid versions and nothing gives all my friends are rubbing it in lol

    we should take this further in the registered users support section but I am afraid I can’t find you in the database.
    Please use the Support Portal to contact Support, providing your product serial number(s) and (preferably) the email address you used to register your product(s), so you may have proper access.
