You mean clicking on the percussion kit pieces in the EZdrummer interface trigger cymbals or when you use a MIDI controller?

To get a bongo-groove be played in EZdrummer (and Superior Drummer) I have to address the sound in two places.,

Open groove to choose the EZX Latin Percussion (EZD Libraries),
    – after that I go to the top (EZX) of the screen, and choose the EZX Latin Percussion here also .
    After that I press play…

Correct when I click inside exdrummer on, for example groove monkee worldbeats samples/bongo/afro-cuban ihear cymbols
this happens for any percussion examples, only cymbals play

Well I´m not an expert on this, but have notised that if i not adress the beat/sound in two places like described earlier, i hear other sound…for example cymbals

    Hi,

you are confusing MIDI Grooves with actual sounds. Any Percussion groove will sound “wrong” if you do not select the Latin Percussion EZX in EZdrummer (which will change what instruments you see in the EZdrummer interface).

    John
