i’ve the problem, that I want to buy something from you wie Maestro SecureCode (because I have no credit card) but everytime it told me this: “Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction.”
Where is the problem (i have activated Maestro SecureCode at my bank) or what can I do.

I have asked the web master to take a look but to me it simply seems like the card is declined by the bank service.

Hi,
you need to contact your bank. Either they had service problems when you tried to use the card in the Toontrack web shop or something is not set up correctly with the card.
