The product manager should be installed (from Product_Manager_MAC_101.dmg) and then run from the Application folder -> Toontrack -> Toontrack Product Manager.
Can you screen print where you are trying to run it from?
Did you move PM from Applications?

yes, I installed exactly as you have described, ran the product manager directly from the applications folder, it did not work. I went a little further, and found this error in the log files, it may be due to a recent Mac Os security update for High Sierra?:

Yeah hmmm. I am on the same version and level of OS X. PM is working on those images.
Saw unsupported compressor errors in an earlier beta of High Sierra.
When did you upgrade to HS?

So I have sort of recreated some of your experience. When I run PM from the contents folder I get the same messages in the terminal session.
However, PM still starts and runs. So that doesn’t seem to be the issue.
Can you create; Users/ (Yourname)/Downloads/Toontrack/Product Manager
    And see if that helps.

Cody, do you have Bitdefender? One user has reported that Bitdefender caused Product Manager to give this error.

Thanks for the replies, I did find the problem last night after reading that Toontracks needs a temp folder in the Downloads directory as well as the directory in Applications. There was no directory showing up in Downloads even though my permissions were correct. I toggled the permissions from read-write, to read, then back to read-write, then rebooted the laptop. The temp folder showed up after a re-install of the product manager. Additionally support sent me a terminal command that does the permissions trick :

Please copy/paste this into a new instance of Terminal and press Enter. Then it will ask for administrator/computer password.
    sudo chmod u+w ~/Downloads

I believe my permissions on the Downloads directory were somehow jumbled after Apple’s last security update 4 days ago, toggling the permissions, rebooting, then re-installing did the trick, I’m on my way now.

    Cheers
    Cody
