    Hi Rob,

    I can see the products from your purchases in your Toontrack account as Auto-registered, so you should be able to access them via the Product Manager application.
    All purchases except the last one where the Payment is ‘On Hold’, which I don’t know why it is. I would recommend creating a Ticket with Toontrack Support directly via any of the FAQ pages (Contact Support button at the page bottom).

    Dec 23rd marked ‘on hold’

    Dec 17th marked ‘processing’

    April 7th 2023 marked ‘pending payment’

    Hi,

    are you saying that the products (except the one ordered Dec 23) do not show up in the Product Manager application, even after a reboot/refresh?
    I see them in your account, so they should be accessible via the PM app. Apart from that my recommendation is still to create a Ticket with Toontrack Support directly.

    Hi John,

    I have a similar issue were I purchased Area 33 Origin on 19 Dec to take advantage of the discount. It has been “on hold” ever since and I sent a request to product support (including the order details) but have not received a response. I note it has now disappeared from “PENDING” section on my credit card so it looks like there is a problem. I still want to go ahead with the discounted purchase so I will send another request to product support but just wanted to let you know there is definitely an issue going on. cheers, Andrew

    Hello, I have same issue with a purchase I made yesterday 31 December. Order is marked as “on hold” in my account and didn’t get an eMail confirmation nor serial number. The amount was deducted immediately from my card, though. I contacted support some minutes ago. Of course I waited some hours in case it was a temporary issue, but that was yesterday, so I think it is something bigger.

    Update: apparently there were issues with payments via Swedbank Pay, but my case is already solved. I guess it was kind of random, because I made two purchases on same day and only one of them had issues. I hope it can be solved for others.
