Is it possible to route individual drums/mics/groups of mics to a specific output of an interface? (e.g. kick goes to out 1, snare goes to out 2, etc.)
I would assume the answer is yes, but all the talk about 8675309.1 surround sound is making me a little gun shy that all of the routing is going to get buried in pre-set configurations. Planning on using SD3 to play live, and really need to have control over what gets routed to which output.
