Hello!
I placed an order for S2.0 on Wednesday but I’ve not received any tracking information. How long does it typically take to receive the product once it’s ordered?

If you ordered directly from the Toontrack webshop, TT doesn’t provide tracking information.

Hi s_sibs – thanks for the reply.
I ordered directly from the Toontrack webshop. Here is the message they sent me when I questioned no shipping options/charges:
“Your upgrade will be shipped from Waves in Knoxville, TX with UPS. You will receive shipping info from UPS when your package has been picked up”
I have not received any notification so my assumption is that UPS has either not picked up the package or Toontrack has not processed my order yet (and that would be strange since it’s not advertised as a pre-order or that there would be a delay).
Maybe it just takes a little longer for processing from the webshop?
