Ordered Superior Drummer this morning, receipt but no serial received, does not appear in owned products

    Hi Higg,
    I also ordered Superior Drummer this morning. Had the same thing happen. Go to the Toontrack website, under My Account, and go to My Info. You’ll have an option for Recent Orders, with the most recent for Superior Drummer listed there. The order number is a link – follow that link, and it will give you the Serial Number.
    I copied the serial number, then opened up Product Manager and chose the blue box for Select New Product. You can paste the serial number right in. It worked right away for me like this.
