Hi
I bought EZKeys maybe 4 months back when there was buy one get one free offer. I saw in product manager, there was an option to select my free product. Since I was very confused to choose which one, I thought of trying each one in demo and decide. But later with work I got hectic. And didn’t know there was a date limit to choose. It wasn’t mentioned there. But today I saw this option missing from my product manager.
I need help.

I have an EZD bundle in my cart, and I see an indication that I am entitled to a free product (who knew?) However, when I click “Free Product,” it just spins and spins, and spins. . . I have tried to access the link on three (3) different computers, but same behavior.
Everything else on the Toontrack site loads right in, so I suspect a dead link.
