Is there any way to drag and drop one shots in SD 2.0? The grooves are great and all, but I would really like to build from the ground up rather than deconstructing the grooves to get the single hits I need. I’m sure there has to be an easier way to do this without a midi controller. Any suggestions would be great, besides the obvious of getting a midi controller lol. I am using reaper as my DAW on windows vista 32 bit. Thank You!
Can you not just open up the in-lane editor on the drum track and start drawing in the notes and velocities, that’s how we do it in cubase 🙂

Thank you for the suggestion! I didn’t even think of this! Thank you! I will still keep this post open to see if there are other ways as well, but this definitely helped a ton!
Any way you can create midi is a way you can also trigger Superior.
So writing midi notes in by hand, or playing parts by hand via a midi keyboard, or choosing pre-made midi and editing.
