Memo to Toontracks…it shouldn’t be this fugging hard and you sure as well know it. Suggestion. Write or buy some kind of program that can analyze the customers computer and figure out what to install. These are common programs and would save you a ton of time and $$ and happier customers. I was considering EZ Keys but I really don’t want to go through what I just went through. Maybe somewhere down the line but this has been a very painful experience, and from the posts on the net, I’m not alone. Clean up your act!
On the good side, it sounds fantastic! But you can do better with the install process…just saying.
