Toontrack has an extensive FAQ that covers many issues and questions.

    http://www.toontrack.com/faq/

    Specifically:

    1) http://www.toontrack.com/faq/what-and-where-is-my-computer-id/

    2) http://www.toontrack.com/faq/how-many-computers-can-i-install-my-products-on/

I would also suggest downloading Product Manager to make the authorization and installation process easier.

Can I have one of my authorizations on a Mac and one on a PC? By that I mean, if I bought all of my programs for my Mac, can I get the PC equivalent for free for whenever I get a PC? Thanks for all of your help.

All products are PC and Mac compatible. You will have installers for both in your Toontrack account.

I have SD2.0.  Toontrack Pdt Mgr:

The product is authorized on this computer, even though you don’t have any authorization for this computer on your account now.

I can’t find a Computer ID to enter in the online https://www.toontrack.com/my-products/

Also – I put SD2 on a PC I built myself several years ago. Notice in Toontracks, I have the authorized slot plus two unauthorized slots. The 1st slot is gone. Down to three authorized computers from 4. I would like to get back that 1st slot. You never know. I have a laptop that can be an authorized user. That gives 1 extra.  I paid for 4 slots. Like to have access to what I paid for. Thank you.
