It’s the only mail I found to contact Toontrack.
The 6 of december, I ordered a bundle on the toontrack website : EZmix 2 Metal Bundle.
For now I received nothing, had no email of any delivery to come, which is quite annoying.
This bundle was supposed to be a christmas gift…. Moreover, logged on the website, I can’t find any trace of this order, which I received a “email receipt” for. I don’t understand where my order is…
Could you please help me to locate it, and inform me, please.
Having it for christmas is very important for me.

I’ve just resent your receipt with your serial numbers. Can you confirm that you have received that email? Make sure you check any spam folders too.

Yes It’s the same email I received the 6 of december.
It will never be possible to be shipped to France for Christmas now…
There is no product to ship. The products are all download only. You would give the serial numbers as your gift and then that person can create an account and register the serial numbers. Then download the products.
