I have the same problem, the download server is totally dead and I need the product urgently.
I appreciate if to0ntrack can help us.
If you’re using Monterey, like I was, turn off Private Relay while you attempt to download.
I know this doesn’t solve your problem on Catalina, but I wanted to post the answer to my problem. Good luck!

I am downloading through the Product Manager right now at about 63MB/s, so there is no general problem. There might be a problem with the CDN closest to your location though, so my advise is to contact Toontrack Support directly via the ‘Contact Support’ button found at the bottom of every FAQ page.
They have ways to check connection problems not available for Forum moderators.
