Have you used the Product Manager installer? Then, if the application is not in Applications/Toontrack, please search for it (Toontrack Product Manager.app) using Spotlight.

Okay, please open Applications > Utilities > Terminal and paste the following line there:
grep "Toontrack Product Manager.app" /var/log/install.log
Then press Enter. What does it say?

Hi,
I’m waiting for a solution or else i Will use
my right of rétractation of seven workdays
thanks.
Sorry, I didn’t see your previous post. I thought this issue couldn’t happen with the latest installer. Anyway, please paste this line into Terminal:
open ~/Library/Application\ Support/Toontrack/Product\ Manager/Update
…and press Enter. That should open a Finder window that contains the Toontrack Product Manager application. Move it to Applications > Toontrack, where it was supposed to be. Then you can use it.

By the way, are you sure it was the installer in Toontrack_Product_Manager_MAC_108.dmg that you used and not in Product_Manager_MAC_101.dmg?

Still cannot find product manager. I hit the link that says MAC on the “Product Manager” and the only version that populates is ” Toon track_Product_Manager_Mac.DMG”
