On February 11, 2020 I purchased EZDrummer 2; I was unhappy with the hi-hat sounds, and I had read that Superior Drummer 3 offers much greater control and manipulation of the sounds, so – within 24 hours – I made a support request through the website requesting to refund my purchase of EZDrummer 2 so I could instead purchase Superior Drummer 3.
However, I have to-date received no response whatsoever from Toontrack, and I have made follow-up support requests. I am hoping that using the forum will trigger a response?
