No sounds from drums in drop down menus.

When pressing the drop down menu for different drums I can choose among some different ones.
However it’s only the top one that sounds. No other drum, snare or kick or whatever sound. Only silence. And they are not greyed out.
Any one that know what to do?

Are you using the full version of EZdrummer or the ‘Lite’ version? If the latter, it is the way it is supposed to work. You would need to purchase the full version to access all of the kit pieces.

I bought a 49€ update to the full version of EZDrummer. This is an offer valid until May 31.
First I downloaded and installed the free EZDrummer Lite and after that I downloaded the update.

Looking for instance on the snare drum I have 6 different snares to choose but only the first one sounds.
Thats an 14″ Rogers. All the others is just silence.
14″ Rogers Damped
14″ Slingerland
14″ Slingerland Damped
13″ GMS Piccolo
13″ GMS Piccolo Damped
All six should be able to choose and none of them is grey-out

Installing the EZdrummer full update over EZdrummer Lite won’t work.

Download the Full EZdrummer (the red ‘PC’ or ‘Mac’ depending on format) and then apply the update.

Uninstall all EZdrummer Lite before installing the full product/update.
