I purchased EZ MIX 2 and 5 addons several days ago…
I didn’t receive a “serial number” in the email that shows my order as complete. The payment registered at my bank, and I received the purchase receipt from Toontrack.
I’ve emailed Toontrack via their webpage twice with no response. I messaged them on Facebook, no response.
Yes, I’ve checked my SPAM.
Has anyone else had this issue? If yes, how did you get it resolved?

If you purchased from Toontrack.com, log into your product manager with the same account your made the purchase with. The serials and products you purchased are already there.

Operating system: Windows 10
We can not see any emails to our support from your email address.
You can see your invoices on your account page if you made the order through our website.
If you log in with your account on toontrack.com, click “My Account” -> “My Info” and then you can click the “Orders” tab, you should be able to see your orders and invoices (with the serial numbers)
Then you can register your serial numbers by clicking the “Register New Product” at the top left of the Product Manager application.
