no product tiles displaying in main window?

I’m running OS X El Capitan version 10.11.1 and Toontrack Product manager v. 1.0.4. The main window is blank; none of the product “tiles” are displaying either for Installed Products or Not Installed Products (screenshot attached). I want to install my newly purchased download of Music City SDX, but the web interface seems to show that the Product Manager is the only means of doing so. Help?

OK, looks like I had to reboot my machine and now all seems to be proceeding as it should.
