No MIDI in device available

Hi,

I’m using the Alesis Trigger io as my MTI and when I select Options > MIDI devices… within Toontrack solo I receive the message ‘No MIDI in device available’, even though the MTI is connected correctly to my laptop (via USB) and I can see it within my Device Manager.

I’m using Windows XP SP3…not sure if that has any bearing on the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you running the latest versions of Solo and EZdrummer/Superior Drummer?
