New user, with troubled start :-)

Hi there ,.. Just bought

1. SD 2.4 New Yourk Studios Collection
2. EZmix 2
3. Ezmix Pack Mastering II

However setting up a new account I was only allowed to enter my name on the billing and shipping adress

In the main account-area I was NOT able to enter my name, the curser was just redirected to the mail-field
when trying to enter the name-field. Changing the password was also not possible, a red allert message is
asking for the neme to be entered first, but like said, not possible at all, no help in FAQ, cracy problem

While waiting for support to answer my request I just wanted to say hallo, hope my trod with Toontrack
will be a little less troubled in the time to follow

Bought SD due to an extremely good offer, cheaper than EZ2, just hope that it’s not overly complicated
compared to EZ2, becourse in that case I maybe did the wrong choice

Thanks, yes I used “contact support”, after searching the FAQ first, with keyword “account” etc etc

I imidiately got an email in return that my request is recieved, hope they fix it soon, “24 buisiness hours” the mail said

The Mastering II pack is already on the account becourse I bought it last night online directly (advent deal)

My two other products, (SD2 and EZmix2), I will wait to register untill a see my account function 100 pct correct

I just tried once more, but still not allowed to enter my “First name *” or “Last name *” and still not to change password

I did try both with IE and Firefox

Thanks a lot ! I am on my smartphone, at work, but I can see my name at the right place now, as soon as I get home I will continue with registration and pass-word change,, I will repport back as soon as possible how it goes,, thanks again /Henrik M

Seemingly the account is all OK now, when I got home I was able to choose my password also

Everything is registered, and basic downloads a finally done even though my connection “snails”

Everything should now be ready for final installation on my new DAW right now in build

Great,

you will have more fun when the DVDs arrive for your SDX:s. I would recommend uninstalling the partial library web installers before installing the full SDX libraries from DVD.

Thanks again, actually I got the DVD’s already

Mistakenly I thought that the smaller downloads was updates, or additional-stuff, when I was faced with them during the registration-procces,..

So I took the time downloading all of them on a slow 3G connection in my week-end house ,… arggggggg

Like you say, I will just use the CD’s, and wait with the final installation on my new DAW that is about to be finished in a week or two

Now everything basic is ready, thanks a lot for the help !!!
