New to DS2…any DR-880 users?

I have just purchased SD2 and am looking forward to learning it’s in and outs. I have a Boss DR-880 drum machine and was wondering if any of you are using it with SD2 and what your expereiences are. Any advice on set-up or major issues to speak of? Thanks in advance and I look forward to getting deeper with the product…I use Sonar and spend a lot of time over in their forum, so I hope this one is chop full of engagement as well…

Hi Frosty,
I have been able to play a drum sequence song/ patterns from my DR-880 and have them trigger the EZdrummer2 drum voices. Sounds great ; but the kick drum is triggering the EZD2 snare ; AND I think it’s a MIDI mapping issue.
Any way to map the EZD2 instruments that you are aware of?
