I don’t know where to put this other then here so I’ll see if we can get a few feels for it and hopefully make this a thing. Can we get a ‘All metal shells’ pack for SD? 🙂
we have plenty of maple and birch shells from other packs. And I’m not crapping on those, they’re amazing and I have a few myself that really open up a lot of options when recording etc. With the metal foundry pack I got a vistalite kit which is great because I’ll never own one and they sound completely unique being all acrylic. But my request to open up even more drum tones for kits that myself and a lot of other drummer will probably never physically own is to do a pack of all metal drum kits. This could include kits such as:
Paiste Bronze kit (or VK drums as an alternative) these kits weigh a tonne and cost a bomb so it’d be great to get those sounds in a pack
Vox Telstar
Ludwig Stainless Steel
Just as 3 kits off the top of my head. Snare drums of course could have loads ranging from steel, aluminium, chrome over brass, brass, bronze etc.
