New Product Manager Storage

Ok so for some reason when I installed Superior 2 It did not put my files on an external drive that I thought it did so I copied and pasted all the files onto my external drive. But for some reason all the kit samples from ezdrummer don’t show..it doesn’t give me the options that some of the Ezdrummer2 kits have ..snares cymbals etc. Would download manager solve this. What is the correct way to go about this?

I don’t see S2 registered to your account. Regardless, the Product Manager is a front end to downloading, installing and authorising products. Where and how that is performed depends on your choices during the install process, with possible technically limitations from said installers. Whether you are on PC or MAC would also play no small part on how we could advice on trying to straightened things at your end.

I purchased SD2 via DVDs and it is registered. SD2 used to show up in my acct. I haven’t logged on in a while I better check that for updates. Ok so the downloader is the one online. Thanks
