New product installation

I’ve just bought Singer Songwriter Grooves to add to my existing EXDrummer2. (I had to search online to confirm that they’re compatible!!)
I am on Product Manager page and, when I copy/paste my Product categories in the PM sidebar!
My Products (7) shows nothing:
Installed Products (5) shows the 5 (green tick)
Not Installed (1) EZmix 2 Lite. (not sure what I do with, or need it for)

Update!! My Products now shows all 7. (The search slot had a Search for S.S.Grooves.. Oops!)

All Updates have been done. I have paid for a Product that says it’s Installed with the new Serial # that I haven’t used because PM won’t let me.

I finally tried quitting PM and re-opening it. My new Product appeared and was Registered. Hopefully it will be added to EZD2 and appear in my Cubase Artist 9.5
