New Mac for Superior Drummer

Hi

At the moment I’m running EZDrummer3 through a Mac Mini (late 2012/ 2.5GHz dual-core Intel Core i5/ 16GB Ram/500 GB storage).

Everything is fine, but I’m considering trying Superior Drummer. If I do, I will upgrade my computer. I’m a Logic Pro user, so can

anyone suggest a suitable Mac around or beneath £1400 /1500 Euro/ $1700 ? I will use an external hard drive for storage, but I’m

looking for the best Mac options that will smoothly run SD3.
