New expansions not showing in product manager

I just purchased the Nashville EZX, drum kit from hell...

I just purchased the Nashville EZX, drum kit from hell EZX and Basic rock Midi from the black friday sale but they are not showing in my account. Maybe i’m impatient but I don’t think it should take so long to show up in my product manager?

And yes i do have confirmation of purchase in my mail.

I see the Jazz Ballad pack listed. Click on it to show the folders and the MIDI.

Scott, that only contains the Jazz Ballads midi. What was that multi-colored pack I bought a few days back? Is that not piano midi?

You ordered on 10.20.21: Jazz Drum MIDI (THIS IS DRUM MIDI NOT EZKEYS MIDI)!

You ordered Today: Jazz EZkeys MIDI 

Both of the EZkeys MIDI packs appear in your screenshot of the EZkeys browser that you posted above.

The Jazz Drum MIDI (see pic below) will appear in your EZD2 Drum MIDI browser. Again, this is NOT EZkeys MIDI. I’m not sure how much clearer I can be in my explanation.

I bought packs and grooves that I try to register. I get a pop up that says they are registered but the product does not show up in the Toontrack manager, so no download button either. How can I get my purchases?
