I just purchased the Nashville EZX, drum kit from hell EZX and Basic rock Midi from the black friday sale but they are not showing in my account. Maybe i’m impatient but I don’t think it should take so long to show up in my product manager?
And yes i do have confirmation of purchase in my mail.
It looks as though your products should have been auto-registered but didn’t for some reason. I’ve registered them for you.

I have the same problem! Last night i purchased mastering and drum kit from the hell; they are not showing in my account. I have the confirmation mail.

If you got an order confirmation email, you can register your serial number that was in the email to your Toontrack account via Product Manager. Keep in mind that EZdrummer (1 or 2) or S2 in order to use any EZX expansion pack.

Did you get an order confirmation email? Does it contain a serial number for your purchase? If so, you can register in the Toontrack Product Manager and download it.

I do not see that you purchased Jazz piano MIDI. I see that you purchased Jazz drum MIDI. That MIDI pack will show in EZD2 or S3 MIDI browser.

Hello,
decided to check on my iphone my product manager while I make a few purchases, and my product manager says I have no registered products! As of last week I owned and had registered 30 products!!! My last purchase I had to update my safari in order to access the site to buy anything! What gives? Is it something with my iphone safari? I can log in and see my product which still shows zero products! Out of town and have no access to home computer. Hope someone can help!

That screenshot is of the Jazz Drum MIDI.
Can you post a screeshot of the Jazz Ballad EZkeys MIDI in your product manager? It looks like my attached screenshot. Does it show as installed?
