I need to speak with a manager please,
I am currently receiving unfair service from your support team in regard to software I purchased which is repeatably crashing. I have proved this via video and have been requesting a refund all week which is being consistently denied and ignored, now the support team is responding less and less.
I had a transfer serial number to my account and Toontracks sent me a confirmation e-mail to me saying it was successful transfer. And sent me the serial number. I’ve tried several times to register the serial number to my account. Error message it gives me that it has already being used by another account. The serial number is
