    Where did you buy it? In a lot of cases the vendor where you purchased it should provide a serial number.

    My dad bought it off a friend of his. On it, it says in red no serial number included but of course my dad didn’t think that was all important until he figured out that he actually needs it. That’s what he’s mostly having trouble on. He has everything else but that.

    Yep he needs it, and if it’s registered with Toontrack then I believe his friend needed to contact Toontrack first.
