I called to my bank for cancellation of my 3 blocked payments. Bank answered that they need some confirmation from seller (TOONTRACK) about cancellation of orders on your side. Please send me this confirmation on my e-mail adress: lb.family@upcmail.sk
After unblocked and returned money I will start my purchase again.

Today (29.04.2014) I have decided to buy some MIDI products from TOONTRACK site.
1) I was suprised of prices in Kr, but it was not important for me
2) I have choosen my MIDI products and I started to pay by card – result nothing – no answer
3) On my account I still had my TOONTRACK CART with my products – I thought that something on net was wrong
4) I repeated whole procedure by 3 times – without any answer, withot confirmation of my payment
5) I started be little nervous and I had check my bank account. Wow – 3 times I sent my money somewhere without any answer ????
6) I wonted to send e-mail that some mistake was happened but on TOONTRACK web site I did not find e-mail adress for this kind of querry.
Please send me sme e-mail adress for discrete talk.
