My products are registered to another account?

I bought a new PC and need to register Superior Drummer 2.0 but , when I register through the toontrack product manager it tells me the product is registered under another account. I’ve had the same email address for over a decade .

How do I merge my other account with my current one?

i have the same problem. I have written 5 times to assistance and I have not received any news or answers about it yet.
