Suddenly my EZKeys products won’t work. They were installed in Logic and as a stand alone. The stand alone won’t work and the Logic plugin is unavailable. I tried re-downloading, uninstalling and reinstalling. The program says it is installed but it still does not work. How can I fix this?

could you please post a screen shot of your Installation info tab for EZKeys in Product Manager?
When you write that the standalone won’t work, what exactly happens when you launch it? Do you get any error messages?
