My order confirmation has no serial keys.

I just bought a few toontrack products and received a confirmation email with an order number. Then I made an account, but can’t find my orders anywhere for download. There are no serial keys in the confirmation, and no orders listed on my account. How am I supposed to access my purchased products?

UPDATE: I have received a second, nearly identical confirmation but with the actual product keys. Problem resolved by waiting for another order confirmation email.
