My EZ- DRUMMER DOSENT WORK ANYMORE

Hello Erick can you add a EZ-Drummer 2 to my account EZ Drummer 1 just dosen’t work at all the guys at Sweet water try their best
so the advised me to get in touch with you . my project is now stalled am just stuck between a rock and a hard place please help, thanks in advance your valued costumer.

could you please elaborate? Are you missing a complimentary EZdrummer 2 upgrade? Or are you experiencing technical problems?

EZ Drummer just do sent work anymore so l got so frustrated when the technical guys at Sweet water try their very best and could not get the soft wear to work
so l was advised to contact you so you could resolved the problem for me. so am asking you kindly if you could put an up grade of EZ Drummer 2 in my account
