Good afternoon.

I faced such a problem. When I play drums using EZ Drummer and mute the cymbal, it does not return to its original state. When I hit it again, I hear the sound of a mute cymbal. How to fix it? I checked the cymbals through a standard drum module – everything works correctly. Drums: Alesis Surge Mesh Kit

Try the new e-drum presets. AFAIK there are some addressing this Medeli module bug.

And if you want to go without e-drum presets (what I highly recommend in order to maintain the ability to reach all EZX kit piece articulations and to have the reliable mapping that is shown in the kit piece slots) you can fix it using a special Medeli/(Alesis) cymbal choke workaround. 🙂
